This position is 100% remote, providing the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a structured schedule of Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Kindred Connections Society, you will:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy services tailored to client needs, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather important client information and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that comply with ethical and legal guidelines.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and track client progress using our HIPAA-compliant electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring that all notes and updates reflect high standards of confidentiality and professional practice.

• Employ evidence-based modalities in therapy sessions, adjusting techniques based on client feedback and progress to maximize therapeutic outcomes.

• Participate in regular team meetings and peer consultation events, sharing insights and strategies with fellow clinicians to enhance collective expertise.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid LPCC license in California; please note that this position is not open to associates or pre-licensed clinicians.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
