You will utilize evidence-based practices to offer relational and holistic care to clients, with a competitive salary range of $90,000.00 to $100,000 per year plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions, with the option to work with couples or families, through our telehealth system.

• Develop tailored treatment plans aligned with client-specific goals, regularly assessing and modifying the approach based on client progress.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical documentation within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Participate in regular peer consultations, continuing education opportunities, and professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills.

• Establish and nurture therapeutic relationships founded on trust, empathy, and cultural humility.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele, ranging from young adults to seniors, addressing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By adopting a relational and holistic approach, you will help clients navigate their mental health journeys, fostering resilience and personal growth in a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted LPCC license in California, in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure; telehealth experience is highly valued.

• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices and knowledge of California BBS regulations.

• Ability to work effectively in an autonomous, remote setting, showcasing self-management and time management skills.
