Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and manage your own availability without a minimum hour requirement, providing the flexibility necessary to balance your professional and personal life.

• Receive compensation for any late cancellations or no-shows, allowing for a reliable income while accommodating client needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by obtaining continuing education units (CEUs), with costs fully covered by the organization.

• Minimize administrative responsibilities and billing tasks, as our support team will handle these aspects, enabling you to concentrate on your clinical practice.

• Collaborate with our Content Manager to create insightful articles and resources, contributing to community knowledge and support.
\n
• Facilitate support groups if desired, providing clients with group therapy experiences that enhance their recovery process.

• Receive client referrals from our established network to expand your client base and impact.

• Engage in monthly peer group meetings to share insights and foster professional relationships with fellow clinicians.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes individuals seeking a healthier relationship with alcohol, some of whom may prefer moderation strategies over complete abstinence. You will utilize a harm-reduction model in your practice, adapting your approach to meet the varied needs of each client. Understanding and compassion are crucial, as you support clients navigating their unique challenges while encouraging the use of community recovery support options like AA, Smart Recovery, and Moderation Management.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California.

• Experience in therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed care.

• A strong understanding of harm-reduction models and the ability to implement them effectively in clinical practice.

• Excellent clinical engagement skills, demonstrating empathy and a genuine desire to support clients through their recovery journey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 , with opportunities for performance bonuses.
