Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on their goals.

• Utilize our telehealth platform to provide therapy sessions via audio and video, as well as manage online tools, such as journals and goal tracking.
\n
• Monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
\n
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques and mental health trends.
\n
• Participate in team meetings and peer support groups to foster collaboration and share best practices.
\n
• Manage a caseload of stable, low-acuity adults dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and relationship challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will primarily focus on adult clients who are stable and present with low-acuity issues. This includes individuals seeking help with anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, attention- deficit/hyperactivity disorder, relationship difficulties, and grief counseling. Our platform does not manage cases involving children or those requiring acute mental health interventions, allowing you to concentrate on cases that align with your expertise.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A full and unrestricted LPCC license in the state of California without any disciplinary actions.
\n
• A reliable internet connection and professional computing tools, specifically a PC or laptop (tablets are not permitted).
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in telehealth or remote counseling environments is preferred but not required.

• Familiarity with various therapy modalities and a strong foundation in clinical judgment to inform treatment choices.

• Experience working with adult clients dealing with anxiety, depression, and emerging adult issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive compensation package includes a yearly salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a substantial sign-on bonus and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
