Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

• Provide thorough documentation in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and accreditation standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to accurately assess client needs and facilitate effective treatment strategies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans, enhancing client success.

• Actively engage in all licensing and accreditation processes, taking an active role in maintaining the highest standards of care.

• Serve as a liaison with state agencies and community partners to access resources and support systems for clients.

• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with external stakeholders, aiming to promote the agency's mission within the community.

• Develop strong relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to seek new partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Engage in continuous professional development, including attending relevant conferences, training sessions, and group discussions to enhance expertise.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall objectives of the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPCC will primarily engage with a diverse client base, including individuals facing challenges related to emotional health, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a mental health field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
