Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LPCC, you will engage in a variety of impactful tasks aimed at improving patient outcomes, including:

• Conducting thorough assessments and creating treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, including developing crisis plans and positive behavior support plans.

• Completing documentation promptly and accurately to adhere to regulatory standards and assist in the seamless operation of services.

• Employing evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with our clinical team to monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches accordingly.

• Fostering effective communication and collaboration among team members, agencies, and community partners to ensure comprehensive support for our clients.

• Engaging actively in all licensing and accreditation processes to maintain clinic standards of excellence.

• Representing CenCal in community and state meetings, enhancing professional growth and networking opportunities.

• Encouraging personal development through attending relevant conferences and workshops, contributing to both professional and agency growth.

• Promoting and perpetuating the clinic's mission and values within the broader community.

• Taking on additional duties as necessary, as determined by the Clinic Director, to support the clinic's operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing mental health challenges, those recovering from substance abuse, and individuals with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. Our focus is on delivering individualized and culturally competent care that supports each client’s journey towards emotional well-being and community integration.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must hold a Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field and possess an independent LPCC license. You should have a minimum of one year of professional experience in counseling or therapy. An understanding of evidence-based practices and a strong commitment to client-focused care are essential, as is a willingness to grow and learn in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will have experience in developing and implementing effective treatment plans, with a track record of success engaging with clients in an outpatient setting.
