Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess patients’ biopsychosocial needs using evidence-based methodologies to identify problems and create individualized treatment plans.

• Conduct individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy, based on clinical appropriateness and patient preferences.

• Participate in program planning and discussion with the psychiatry team and other clinical staff to integrate therapeutic approaches across treatment modalities.
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with program and regulatory standards.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with both outpatient and inpatient teams to provide triage evaluations and crisis interventions when required.

• Abide by agency policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations governing clinical practice and patient confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adult patients who present with a range of psychological and emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, preferably in an outpatient or medical setting.

• A successful track record of engaging patients and providing effective psychotherapy interventions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialized training in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse issues, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and relevant technologies to streamline patient documentation and communication.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse patient populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus to qualified candidates who come on board.
