Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions through virtual platforms, adjusting techniques as necessary to ensure therapeutic effectiveness.

• Collaborating with the Clinical Director to develop and implement engaging therapeutic activities tailored to the needs of our patients.

• Participating in credentialing processes and contributing to interdisciplinary meetings, sharing insights to foster a multidisciplinary approach to care.

• Formulating personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and patient goals, regularly monitoring and documenting progress.

• Utilizing empirically supported therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), to enhance patient engagement and outcomes.

• Supporting additional clinical duties, such as crisis intervention or referrals to outside services, as required by patient needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve children, adolescents, and families, particularly those experiencing developmental challenges. You will engage with clients facing a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, and emotional disturbances. Your work will involve building therapeutic relationships that foster trust and open communication, ultimately guiding your clients towards their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Professional Counseling or a closely related field is required for this position.

• A current and valid LPCC license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this role is between $110,000 and $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
