Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, skillfully assessing clients' histories to develop appropriate treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Actively participate in credentialing committee meetings to uphold the highest standards of clinical practice within the organization.

• Engage in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, collaborating with psychiatric providers and other clinical staff to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Continuously monitor and document patient progress using our approved platforms, adjusting treatment plans based on client feedback and assessment outcomes.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, documenting patient responses and making necessary modifications to enhance treatment efficacy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The starting salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
