The role is primarily remote, with the possibility of in-person sessions for clients who prefer face-to-face interaction. You will be part of a dynamic outpatient program interfacing with a multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, or family therapy sessions through both telehealth platforms and in-person engagements, depending on client preference.

• Administer comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to gather pertinent information, collaborating with clients to create tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to address specific client goals and challenges.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and session notes using our EHR system, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
