This position allows for a hybrid work setting, offering flexibility between remote sessions and in-person appointments at our outpatient office in Hemet, California. Our office is equipped with state-of-the-art systems to support telehealth services and in-person therapeutic interventions, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and clinicians. Regular team meetings foster collaboration, and a strong emphasis is placed on professional development and clinical supervision.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, or family sessions utilizing both in-person and telehealth formats tailored to clients' needs.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to understand client histories and formulate effective treatment plans collaboratively.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to address clients’ diverse goals.

• Maintain clear and timely documentation of each session and treatment progress within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and peer consultations to continually enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.
\n
• Coordinate with psychiatrists and case managers to create a holistic approach to client care, integrating various facets of their well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPCC will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each presenting unique mental health challenges. Our patient population reflects a variety of backgrounds, including those from marginalized communities, seeking therapy for trauma, anxiety, depression, and various behavioral issues. As a counselor, building rapport and providing culturally sensitive care are paramount in nurturing these therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active LPCC license in California is required.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in outpatient mental health or closely related fields.

• Demonstrated commitment to ethical clinical practice, cultural humility, and trauma-informed care.

• Strong organizational capabilities, including proficiency in EHR systems to manage client information effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Additional certifications such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) or TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) are highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a base salary, benefits include:
