Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions, providing emotional support and guidance tailored to the needs of the clients.

• Completing comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to inform treatment planning in collaboration with clients.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EMDR to address various mental health challenges.

• Documenting all session details and progress notes promptly and accurately using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

• Participating in regular clinical supervision and peer consultation to enhance professional growth and ensure adherence to best practices.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, case managers, and other support staff to provide integrated care that holistically addresses client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPCC at Center Field Counseling, you will work with a broad range of client demographics, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will customize your approach based on the specific needs and backgrounds of the clients you serve, and your practice will reflect a commitment to cultural sensitivity and ethical treatment. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid LPCC license in the state of California.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient mental health or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
