This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide outpatient counseling services from a comfortable and convenient setting. Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPCC at Rock Solid Counseling, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities that not only focus on patient care but also enhance collaborative practices within the team. Your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to determine client needs and establish effective treatment plans.

• Monitoring client outcomes while actively participating as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team.

• Documenting patient progress meticulously and ensuring accurate medical records are maintained within our electronic health record system.

• Engaging in case conferences and treatment meetings aimed at sharing insights and best practices among colleagues.

• Collaboratively designing and implementing therapeutic activities, such as conducting group therapy sessions and recreational activities to promote mental wellness.

• Utilizing innovative coaching models to facilitate natural environment teaching techniques that support client growth and recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work closely with a diverse range of clients seeking support for various mental health conditions. Qualifications\n
