Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to understand clients’ unique emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Create evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide therapeutic support through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting your approach to meet the specific requirements of each client.

• Document client progress efficiently using our secure electronic health records (EHR) system, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.

• Engage in clinical supervision and peer consultation for professional development and enhanced client care.

• Advocate for client needs, integrating a wraparound care model that encompasses multiple support systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families grappling with various emotional, behavioral, and relational issues. Your role will be crucial in addressing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts, ensuring that each client receives tailored support that recognizes their unique circumstances and strengths.

Qualifications\n

• Active LPCC license in California or an Associate PCC under supervision (AMFT/ASW also considered).

• A strong foundation in evidence-based practices with a focus on trauma-informed care.

• Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal communication and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A strong commitment to social justice, accessibility in mental health, and advocacy practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient, telehealth, or community mental health setting is preferred.

• Experience working with high-acuity clients, adolescents, or couples therapy.

• Familiarity with advanced therapeutic modalities such as EMDR or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is appreciated.

• An interest in clinical supervision or contributions to program development will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package. Full-time employees will receive medical, dental, vision, and paid time off, along with reimbursement for continuing education units (CEU).
