Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPCC at Sun River Behavioral Services, you will:

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead dynamic group sessions for young adults, offering a space for sharing experiences and learning from one another, fostering a sense of community.

• Conduct Individual Therapy: Provide individualized counseling that enables clients to explore their personal challenges, develop coping strategies, and create actionable plans for their mental health goals.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to tailor treatment plans that are reflective of their personal aspirations and specific mental health needs, thus enhancing their engagement and success in treatment.

• Monitor Progress: Regularly assess and document client progress using various evaluation tools, ensuring treatment plans remain effective and relevant.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, communicating and coordinating care to enhance overall client outcomes throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• Licensure: A current LPCC license is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This rewarding role offers an annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
