Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide therapeutic interventions based on a variety of evidence-supported modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Deliver engaging therapeutic sessions to individuals, families, and couples, fostering an environment that encourages openness and healing.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support and integrated care for all clients.

• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records in accordance with state regulations and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops to stay current with mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPCC at Livingston Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client population, ranging from young adults to older adults, and address a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will directly impact the well-being of clients, helping them navigate their challenges and achieve meaningful change in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted LPCC licensure in California.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, offering between $70,000 and $110,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, we provide:
