Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Maintain and update accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality at all times.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to provide holistic client care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest research and clinical practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on a variety of client demographics, ranging from children to adults, with diverse mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. As a telehealth counselor, you will have the opportunity to connect with clients from various socio-economic backgrounds, ensuring each individual receives personalized support catered to their unique experiences and assessments.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
