Key Responsibilities\n

The LPCC will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities aimed at optimizing patient care, including but not limited to:

• Assisting primary care providers in recognizing and managing mental health issues, serving as an integral part of the care team.

• Conducting thorough patient intakes, focusing on diagnostic and functional assessments, and recommending treatment goals to healthcare providers.

• Providing short-term interventions for patients seeking mental health services, ensuring timely and effective support.

• Monitoring patient progress through regular follow-ups and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Documenting patient interactions and updates in treatment charts, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

• Education and self-management training to empower patients in their recovery journey.

• Collaborating with various community service organizations to connect patients with additional resources when needed.

• Maintaining consistent communication with healthcare professionals to coordinate care effectively.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population across various age groups and backgrounds. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling.

• A current and valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 87,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
