Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans addressing the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to specific client situations.

• Maintain detailed and up-to-date clinical documentation to adhere to ethical standards and legal regulations while ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines in the state of Illinois.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to remain current with best practices in mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Health Center Care Plans Inc. offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
