Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and create individualized treatment plans that reflect patients' conditions, backgrounds, and goals.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other forms of talk therapy to treat diverse mental health disorders.

• Encourage patients to engage in self-reflection, practice effective coping strategies, and build supportive relationships essential for their recovery.

• Regularly monitor patients’ perceptions regarding treatment efficacy and adjustments as needed.

• Document patient symptoms and treatment progress meticulously to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions over time.

• Write comprehensive medical and referral notes as necessary to ensure continuity of care and support patient advocacy.

• Maintain a warm and empathetic approach to facilitate trust and motivation among clients, emphasizing a patient-centered therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The LPCC position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Full-time employees are also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
