Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPCC at Winland Counseling Center, you will:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will shine as you work with low-acuity adult clients who seek assistance for mild to moderate mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), relationship challenges, weight management issues, and grief counseling. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• A full, independent LPCC license in the state of California, free of disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a substantial sign-on bonus of $3,000 for full-time clinicians.
