Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of clients, ensuring to establish rapport and uphold professional ethics while working together on their mental health journeys.

• Conducting regular check-ins with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, and navigate discharge planning when appropriate.

• Creating, implementing, and monitoring individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes, thereby ensuring compliance with best practices in mental health care.

• Performing intake assessments for new clients to gather essential information and properly guide treatment direction.
\n
• Conducting individual therapy sessions, focusing on evidence-based practices and personalized treatment modalities.

• Participating in individual supervision sessions aimed at professional growth and skills enhancement.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. As an LPCC, you will engage with each client, ensuring that their individual circumstances, cultural background, and specific needs are reflected in the therapeutic services you provide. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field
\n
• Currently licensed as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with an unrestricted and active license
\n
• A minimum of three years of experience in the mental health field, including at least one year in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation

• Proficient with computer systems and software, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for effective case management
\n
• Demonstrated experience providing direct therapeutic services to individuals and families
\n
• Comfort with conducting intake assessments and formulating initial treatment plans
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preference may be given to candidates who have experience with specific therapeutic modalities, group counseling, or extensive training in trauma-focused therapy. Familiarity with collaborative treatment efforts and an understanding of holistic approaches to mental well-being are also advantageous.
