Our office operates from 7 am to 10 pm seven days a week, offering you flexibility in your schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments that explore a patient’s trauma history to inform appropriate treatment modalities.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery and resilience, adapting approaches as patient needs evolve.
\n
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Leading both individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating spaces where patients feel safe to process trauma, acquire coping strategies, and promote healing.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient support and integrated care.

• Delivering crisis intervention services during trauma-related emergencies, equipped to provide immediate support and guidance.

• Educating patients and their families on trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available community resources.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation, abiding by all legal and ethical standards to safeguard patient privacy.

• Participating in regular case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development focused on trauma-informed best practices.

• Staying current with the latest research and methodologies in trauma therapy to continuously improve the quality of care provided.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Oasis Mental Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and expertise.
