Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, discuss stability, and plan appropriate discharge when necessary.

• Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans focused on the needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client in accordance with relevant guidelines.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and challenges.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions weekly, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist clients in managing their mental health.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions to discuss case management and therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted, active license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for documentation, such as Excel spreadsheets and electronic health record systems like RMS or PIMSY.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families.
