This position is primarily remote, providing flexibility while allowing you to contribute meaningfully to our outpatient office in Menifee. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient needs, diagnosing mental or emotional disorders based on clinical criteria.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique challenges faced by each patient, incorporating evidence-based methodologies.

• Attend professional development courses to maintain certification as a National Certified Counselor and stay abreast of industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with patients who have experienced varying degrees of trauma, ranging from psychological distress due to personal loss to severe emotional challenges stemming from past abuse or accidents. By understanding the nuances of these experiences, you will play a critical role in helping individuals rebuild their lives, fostering resilience and hope.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• A valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license for the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
