Work Environment\n

This position will be entirely remote, allowing our team members to maintain flexibility while ensuring their work-life balance. We operate primarily during a regular work schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Our online facility provides the essential tools and resources to facilitate effective virtual consultations, including access to comprehensive electronic health record (EHR) systems and communication platforms designed specifically for mental health practitioners.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their mental health needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.

• Engage in regular sessions with patients to provide therapeutic support, actively listening to their concerns and guiding them toward personal resilience.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices to address the specific needs of each patient, including coping strategies for trauma-related emotions.

• Monitor patient progress closely and adjust treatment approaches as necessary, ensuring effective outcomes and continuous improvement in their mental health.

• Educate patients and staff on a variety of trauma coping mechanisms and stress management techniques to enhance therapeutic engagement.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers, social services, and community resources to coordinate care effectively, ensuring patients have access to necessary support services.

• Participate in ongoing continuing education to maintain your National Certified Counselor certification and stay abreast of the latest developments in the field.

Your primary focus will be on trauma survivors seeking to heal from emotional and psychological distress. This includes individuals of various backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges shaped by their personal experiences. Through our telehealth platform, you will deliver tailored counseling services, ensuring that every patient feels heard, understood, and supported.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) credential.

• A minimum of 3 years of direct counseling experience, particularly with trauma-affected populations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with electronic health record systems; familiarity with Salesforce and EMR software is a plus.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interactions with patients and interdisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to USD 140,000, commensurate with experience.
