Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on patients who are receiving end-of-life care in a hospice setting. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess current and valid licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A minimum of three years of experience in providing mental health services, specifically addressing the needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions, is essential.
