Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and structured group therapy sessions that foster peer connections, allow clients to share experiences, and promote personal growth through shared learning.

• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized therapy sessions designed to delve into clients’ unique thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, helping them establish effective coping mechanisms and actionable plans for improvement.

• Treatment Planning: Work collaboratively with clients to create targeted and personalized treatment goals that reflect their individual needs and aspirations, while ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 attending our outpatient programs, particularly targeting those enrolled in partial hospitalization programs (PHP). These individuals often face significant life transitions, and your role will be pivotal in guiding them through these challenges, fostering resilience, and promoting mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and active LPCC license in California.
\n
• Demonstrated knowledge of therapeutic techniques and modalities relevant to young adult populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
