Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to understand client needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions that utilize evidence-based practices.

• Employ a culturally competent, strengths-based approach to foster trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Utilize an electronic health records (EHR) system to document client progress and treatment interventions securely and efficiently.

• Engage in clinical supervision and peer consultation for professional growth and to enhance service delivery.

• Advocate for clients' needs within a wraparound care model, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to offer holistic support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults, adolescents, and families experiencing an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your ability to engage with high-acuity clients, particularly teens and families, will be key in addressing their unique needs and fostering a positive therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

• An active LPCC license in California is required. Alternatively, consideration for individuals with an associate PCC license under supervision (e.g., AMFT, ASW) will be given.

• A bachelor’s degree and a solid foundation in evidence-based therapeutic practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

• A strong commitment to social justice, mental health advocacy, and accessibility in care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two years of clinical experience in outpatient, telehealth, or community mental health settings is preferred, particularly with high-acuity clients.

• Experience with advanced therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Interest in clinical supervision or involvement in program development to advance mental health practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges between $90,000 to $110,000 annually, supplemented with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. You can expect:
