Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide Counseling Services: Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions to women aged 35-55, focusing on common challenges such as anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship issues, and stress management strategies.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Conduct thorough assessments to create personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique aspirations and therapeutic needs, employing evidence-based strategies for better outcomes.

• Conduct Virtual Sessions: Utilize state-of-the-art telehealth technology to carry out therapy sessions, ensuring secure and efficient communication while maintaining the utmost respect for client confidentiality.

• Monitor Client Progress: Regularly evaluate client progress against treatment goals, making necessary adjustments to plans to ensure effective therapeutic intervention and support.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling or a related field appropriate for LPCC licensure.

• An active LPCC license in the state of California is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
