Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough Psychosocial Assessments to accurately evaluate and document clients' mental health status.

• Develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and situations.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment adjustments.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to modify therapeutic approaches as necessary based on evolving patient goals.

• Engage in productive collaboration with colleagues, clients, and external professionals to provide holistic care.

• Deliver psychoeducation and resources to help clients understand their challenges and pathways to recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will include individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related discipline.

• Active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health counseling setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 115,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
