Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Healing Springs, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of youth clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular sessions to review client progress, discuss stability, and prepare for discharge when applicable.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans that are centered on the unique needs of each client.

• Maintaining up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment records in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Performing intake assessments to evaluate client needs and determine appropriate intervention options.

• Conducting individual therapy sessions regularly, utilizing client-centered therapeutic techniques.

• Engaging in individual supervision to enhance your professional growth and clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
