Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments utilizing diagnostic criteria to evaluate clients’ mental health status and identify treatment needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address each client's specific goals, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, fostering an engaging and safe environment for clients to express themselves and explore their mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to coordinate multidisciplinary care, ensuring a holistic approach is taken towards each patient’s treatment journey.

• Maintain adherence to all professional and ethical standards, including compliance with quality assurance policies and state regulations, to guarantee the safety and well-being of our clients.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately using our electronic health record system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
