This position is 100% remote, leveraging telehealth technologies to deliver care directly to clients in their homes. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide Counseling Services: Conduct individual counseling sessions primarily focused on women aged 35-55, addressing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Create comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that meet each client's unique needs. Your approach will incorporate evidence-based therapeutic strategies tailored to individual goals.

• Conduct Virtual Sessions: Utilize our secure telehealth platforms to facilitate therapy sessions, ensuring that all aspects of confidentiality and client privacy are upheld at all times.

• Monitor Client Progress: Regularly assess and track client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to maximize their therapeutic outcomes and support their journey toward wellness.

• Collaborate with Team: Work in conjunction with our diverse team of mental health professionals to coordinate care. This includes making referrals to other specialists and services as needed, fostering a holistic support network for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult women aged 35-55 who typically face unique mental health challenges, including but not limited to relationship issues, transitions in personal and professional life, and feelings of anxiety or depression. You will provide a safe space for these individuals to explore their feelings, identify their goals, and work towards achieving a balanced, fulfilling life.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling with an active LPCC license that is unrestricted and independent.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical counseling experience, with at least 1 year of experience in an outpatient clinical setting following graduation.

• Direct experience providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating a strong capability to build therapeutic relationships.

• Competence in conducting intake assessments to understand client needs effectively.
\n
• A solid understanding of ethical and legal considerations in counseling practices.

• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

While not compulsory, experience working in a telehealth environment and familiarity with digital therapy tools would be advantageous. Additionally, prior work with women’s mental health issues could enhance your effectiveness in this role.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 yearly . In addition, we offer continuing education credits to support your growth and knowledge in the field.
