Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPCC at Morton Comprehensive Health, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a caseload of clients and developing meaningful therapeutic relationships through empathy and adherence to professional ethics.

• Conducting regular sessions with clients to evaluate progress and stability while planning for upcoming appointments and discharges when necessary.

• Creating, implementing, and assessing personalized treatment plans that revolve around client-centered goals.

• Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment outcomes for each client.

• Conducting thorough intake assessments to develop initial treatment plans and understand client needs.
\n
• Facilitating individual therapy sessions that promote mental well-being, improvement, and resilience.

• Engaging in individual supervision sessions for ongoing professional development and clinical oversight.

• Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams and external healthcare providers to ensure holistic client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on youth experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
