Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine individual treatment needs, developing personalized therapy strategies that align with each client’s goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused strategies, addressing a range of mental health challenges.

• Facilitate group, family, and couples therapy sessions aimed at strengthening relationships and enhancing communication.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring the highest level of care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
