Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and challenges, and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy, effectively utilizing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists—to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress notes, treatment plans, and pertinent information in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload.
