This remote position allows you the flexibility to work from home while providing essential telehealth services to our patients across the state. Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with the Medical Director and team administrators to facilitate comprehensive mental health assessments and treatment planning.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, developing individualized treatment plans that address their unique histories and needs.

• Provide mental health training sessions for medical, psychiatric, and security staff to foster an informed and responsive care environment.

• Effectively intervene in mental health crises, utilizing de-escalation techniques to manage emergencies within the virtual setting.

• Document all patient interactions meticulously, ensuring accurate records are maintained while adhering to confidentiality standards.

• Assist in verification of patients’ mental health histories and psychotropic medication records to inform treatment decisions.

• Prepare and submit regular progress reports and specialized documentation as required by organizational protocols.

• Coordinate with nursing and mental health staff to establish post-release referrals, ensuring continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 yearly, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
