Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your role will include but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments of clients to determine their needs and establish appropriate treatment plans.

• Provide therapy to clients experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and relationship issues.

• Utilize the online platform to engage with clients through various methods, including video calls, audio messages, and written communications.

• Track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, utilizing clinical judgment and evidence-based practices.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with best practices.

• Participate in regular peer consultations and supervision to foster professional development and improve service delivery.

• Promote the services of Horizon Heal through a personalized online profile optimized to attract clients based on your area of expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients served at Horizon Heal consist primarily of stable, low acuity adults who are seeking support for mild to moderate mental health challenges. You will work with individuals navigating issues such as stress management, life transitions, grief counseling, and other psychological needs. Importantly, our platform does not cater to children or those with severe mental health concerns, allowing you to focus on clients who are ready for therapeutic engagement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A Full Independent LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) license free from disciplinary actions.

• Strong familiarity with technology and a reliable internet connection, along with a working computer, phone, and necessary software.

Compensation and Benefits\n
