Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine the therapeutic needs of clients.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the specific needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care and ensure that all aspects of a client’s wellbeing are addressed.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, training workshops, and team meetings to stay current with best practices and recent developments in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve individuals and families with limited access to mental health care. Our clientele includes diverse populations facing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
