Key Responsibilities\n

• You will conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to deliver effective individual, group, couples, and family sessions.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, including participating in case conferences and contributing insights that support patient outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities, including workshops and training on the latest mental health research and treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients often come from underserved communities in Hayward and surrounding areas, facing various mental health challenges. You will work with a diverse population, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California is essential.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in individual and group therapy.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
