Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to create your own workspace and schedule while still contributing to a lively and engaging team. Our telehealth model uses secure, HIPAA-compliant technologies that not only assure confidentiality but also enable effective interactions with clients. Work hours are scheduled Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing structure to your workweek while allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will take on critical responsibilities that include:

• Providing individual, group, or family therapy services tailored to clients across various stages of life, from children to adults.
\n
• Conducting thorough intake assessments and crafting individualized treatment plans that comply with ethical and legal standards, ensuring each plan is tailored to the unique needs of the client.

• Documenting clinical notes and tracking treatment progress through our streamlined, HIPAA-compliant electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain accurate and secure client information.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance client outcomes, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other pertinent practices.

• Participating in team meetings and peer consultations, sharing insights and strategies to foster a collaborative clinical environment.

• Upholding stringent confidentiality and ethical practices in your clinical interactions, ensuring the trust and safety of all clients.

Your clients may present with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possession of a current and valid LPCC license in California (Note: Associate or pre-licensed clinicians are not eligible for this position).

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Demonstrated experience working with a wide range of populations and mental health issues, showcasing both breadth and depth of knowledge.

• Exemplary organizational, time management, and communication skills that ensure effective practice and client engagement.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems, or a willingness to quickly learn such technologies.

• The ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with team members across various functions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
