Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a crucial team member during crisis intervention, providing immediate assessment and de-escalation support. This includes collaborating with the public mental health crisis response team when necessary to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary team members to execute follow-up assessments and develop prevention plans post-crisis, coordinating with external agencies as needed to support client recovery.

• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and administrative records in compliance with contractual, billing, and regulatory standards, while ensuring timely submission of encounter forms on a weekly basis.

• Engage in weekly clinical meetings to enhance interdisciplinary cooperation, share insights, and promote integrated care strategies with medical providers, addressing both mental and physical health needs of our clients.

Your role will directly impact our diverse patient populations, focusing on disadvantaged groups who face barriers to accessing mental health services. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Counseling or a related field, accompanied by active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Wider Circle Healthcare Group offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
