In this remote position, you will be part of a collaborative outpatient office setting, allowing you to work comfortably from home while maintaining connectivity with your colleagues. The work week is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering a predictable schedule that allows for a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, utilizing standardized tools and client interviews to create personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality individual, group, and family therapy sessions based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others.

• Implement trauma-informed care practices to effectively support clients with diverse needs, including those with histories of trauma or complex emotional challenges.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and follow-up.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, complying with California state regulations and agency policies.

• Participate actively in case reviews, peer consultations, and ongoing professional development to enhance personal skills and contribute to the team's overall effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Opti Mind Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
