Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, both verbally and through standardized assessment tools, to formulate comprehensive treatment plans that align with individual client goals.

• Maintain continuous engagement with clients, providing effective counseling techniques tailored to their unique circumstances, which may involve addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, or addiction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a varied client demographic, including children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.

• Current licensure in the state of California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting is required. Familiarity with different therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care is preferred. Additionally, experience in case management and team collaboration will be an asset in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
