Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans addressing the unique challenges faced by each client.

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to understand client needs, preferences, and treatment goals.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, tailored specifically to clients’ diverse backgrounds and experiences.

• Facilitate supportive counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and groups to explore mental health topics, coping strategies, and personal growth.

• Maintain comprehensive client records and treatment documentation that adhere to ethical and legal standards.

• Stay abreast of current mental health research and best practices, integrating new knowledge into your therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work with a diverse range of clients including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and chronic health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• No record of medical malpractice claims, validated by a third-party verification process.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. with the ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, depending on caseload and experience. We offer a competitive salary that reflects your skills and contributions to our team.
