Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet the individual needs of clients, while managing scheduling and adhering to confidentiality guidelines.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring that each client receives personalized care and timely referrals to specialized services as needed.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for all client interactions and treatment activities, complying with both clinical standards and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults facing a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, and you will be expected to address their concerns with empathy and professionalism, helping them navigate their personal experiences with mental wellness effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Active, unrestricted licensure in Pennsylvania as either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment methodologies, with a focus on telehealth delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
