Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using reputable telehealth platforms, effectively engaging clients to address their unique mental health needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and therapeutic progress.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the effectiveness of our services.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, treatment sessions, and progress, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's specific needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or family systems therapy, among others.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse client base encompassing individuals of varying ages and backgrounds. You will work with clients facing an array of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. By providing effective therapy in a virtual setting, you can positively impact their lives and help them reach their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure in your respective field as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years’ experience working in counseling or mental health settings is preferred, though not mandated.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually.
