Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate one-on-one mental health counseling sessions through video chat, accommodating clients' diverse needs and circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused modalities to implement individualized treatment plans, addressing the unique challenges faced by each client.

• Develop comprehensive therapy goals and objectives tailored to the stability and needs of low-acuity adult clients, ensuring progress is continually monitored and adapted as necessary.

• Facilitate discussions that enable clients to gain insights into their emotional experiences, interpersonal relationships, and coping strategies.

• Provide ongoing support to clients in developing healthy coping mechanisms and strategies for managing stress and mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse client base of adults with low-acuity mental health conditions. These include but are not limited to anxiety, mild depression, and stress management concerns. You will be crucial in fostering their resilience and personal development through targeted, empathetic intervention.

Qualifications\n

• Education: Must hold a Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Licensure: Current and valid state license to practice independently as a mental health professional is required. Licenses accepted include:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Psychologist (PsyD)

• Ability to operate independently without supervision.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
