Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions focused on addressing specific challenges such as anxiety, depression, or trauma, utilizing therapeutic modalities like CBT or DBT.

• Maintain accurate and updated client records, documenting progress notes, treatment interventions, and outcomes consistently within our secure electronic medical record system.

• Network and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless integration of care for clients.

• Stay informed about the latest research and trends in mental health by participating in ongoing education and training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting focusing on mental health counseling.
